Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026

Planned launch offer: 30-day free trial, then $5.20 per month, cancel anytime. The final checkout page must display these terms clearly before payment information is submitted.

1. 30-day free trial

Eligible new customers may receive a 30-day free trial. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per customer, account, payment method, or business as reasonably necessary to prevent abuse.

2. Automatic conversion to paid service

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid month-to-month subscription at $5.20 per month, plus any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. Your payment method will then be charged on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

3. Affirmative consent

Before enrollment, Top Stylists will clearly present the recurring-payment terms and require an affirmative action indicating consent. The agreement checkbox will not be pre-checked. The trial/start button will not proceed until the required consent is given.

4. Billing date and failed payments

The first paid charge is expected after the 30-day trial ends. Future charges generally occur monthly based on the subscription billing cycle shown by the payment processor. If a payment fails, Top Stylists or its payment processor may retry the payment, request an updated payment method, restrict account features, or suspend the subscription after appropriate notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the online billing-management method provided by Top Stylists. If you enrolled online, an online cancellation method will be maintained as required by applicable law. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily create a refund for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by law or where Top Stylists determines that a billing error occurred.

6. Refunds and billing errors

Except where required by law, paid subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period begins. If Top Stylists confirms an erroneous or duplicate charge, the ordinary refund will be limited to the amount incorrectly charged for the affected billing period or periods. Nothing in this policy waives rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive.

7. Price or material subscription changes

If Top Stylists changes the subscription price or makes another material change to renewal terms, Top Stylists will provide any notice and obtain any additional consent required by applicable law before the change takes effect.

8. Trial and renewal notices

Top Stylists will provide renewal or trial-expiration notices when required by applicable law. The standard 30-day free trial is shorter than California’s special reminder rule for free or discounted trial periods lasting more than 31 days, but Top Stylists may still send courtesy reminders.

9. Payment processing

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, currently planned to be Stripe. The processor’s terms and privacy practices also apply to information handled directly by it. Top Stylists generally does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
